ZER0h! is a brand of gluten free, allergen free specialty breads and desserts launched by longtime Hi client EPI Breads. The logo was designed to mitigate the perception that gluten free products are tasteless and boring. "Oh, this doesn't taste like gluten free at all" was a common response in taste tests, inspiring "Oh," with a zero replacing the letter "O" for an added conceptual touch.
